Welcome to wheelpath.app. By accessing or using our service at wheelpath.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

wheelpath.app is a personal development SaaS application that helps users design their ideal life using the Wheel of Life methodology. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans.

2. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Hotmart. The free trial lasts 7 days and asks for no card: there is no automatic charge when it ends. If you want to continue, you choose to pay; if you do nothing, access pauses. If you subscribe without going through the trial, you are charged at that moment. You may cancel at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by wheelpath.app (registered trademark) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

wheelpath.app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
